Décor items may be shipped nationwide. Furniture may be collected from our showroom or delivered locally with white-glove service in Central Texas. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on availability, shipping conditions, and location. Customers should inspect items upon receipt and report any damages promptly.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Eligible décor items may be returned within 14 days in original, undamaged condition. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team via email or phone. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
