Interior Design Services

How does John-William Interiors' design service work?

Our interior design services are complimentary and tailored to your needs. Whether you’re furnishing an entire home or refreshing a single space, one of our experienced designers will guide you through the process with thoughtful layouts, customized concepts, and product recommendations.

How do I book an appointment?

To schedule your consultation, click here, and one of our designers will follow up directly.

Can I choose which designer I work with?

Yes! If you have a preferred designer, just include their name when you fill out the consultation form.

Can the designer incorporate my existing furniture?

Absolutely. Our designers can work with the pieces you already own and love.

Do I need to prepare anything before my consultation?

No prep is required, but if you have inspiration photos, a floor plan, or a budget in mind, feel free to share them before your appointment.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa™, Mastercard™, American Express™, Discover™ (with U.S. billing addresses), PayPal™, and John-William Interiors Gift Cards.

My card was declined—what should I do?

If you're having trouble with your payment, please call us at 512-451-5511 or email jacob@jwinteriors.com.

Do you have sales or discounts?

We do not have sales, but we offer a 30% discount from the manufacturer's suggested retail price every day for both stock and special order items. In addition, we do not charge for design consultations in selecting your furnishings. We always have clearance items in store marked for final sale at discounts up to 80% off.

Yes, we are dealers for all the furniture and decor lines we represent in our showroom. We buy direct from the factories, allowing us to offer our customers the best pricing on the market.

Shipping, Pickup, & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Decor and wall décor items can be shipped nationwide within the U.S. Large furniture items are available for local pickup only.

Can I ship furniture if I live outside of Austin?

Yes, but furniture shipping must be arranged through a third-party shipping provider. We're happy to help coordinate logistics, but please note that John-William Interiors is not responsible for hiring third-party shippers or any damages incurred during transit.

Do you offer Delivery?

Yes, we offer local delivery on our truck with our highly trained delivery staff. Your John-William Interiors Designer will assist you in arranging delivery.

What are the local pickup guidelines?

Please schedule your pickup by phone. We’re happy to accommodate your timing needs and can store items for up to 60 days at no extra charge.
