At the heart of the home, an expansive living and dining area is anchored by a bold piece of art and a large dining table perfect for hosting. A simple, neutral palette runs throughout the home, accented by subtle blues and a single moment of color in the dining room’s artwork. A sleek wet bar and modern fireplace elevate the living space, while custom furnishings bring style and comfort to every corner.
Outside, the space truly shines. A stunning waterfall feature flows into the pool, complemented by a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, dining area, and covered living zone—all designed for long conversations, family dinners, and weekend lounging. The outdoor palette remains intentionally understated, allowing the pool and landscaping to take center stage.
